Vegan “Sunny” Mayonnaise

1 cup raw sunflower seeds (no shell) soaked in water overnight
The juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
Half a bunch of dill
Salt (to taste)
Cumi (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)


Drain the water from the soaked sunflower seeds and put them into a big bowl. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, and spices and purée everything to make a thick mixture. You can spread it on a slice of bread or enjoy it as a dip or appetizer.
