Homemade Creamy Chocolate

200 g sugar
200 ml water
200 g powdered milk
125 g butter
4 tablespoons cocoa


Put the sugar into 200 ml of boiling water and stir until it dissolves completely. Add the butter and stir again until it is melted. Sieve the powdered milk, cocoa and vanilla into a big bowl. Pour the sweet syrup in a thin trickle into the dry mixture while stirring it vigorously to prevent lumping. Pour the warm mixture in several small bowls and store it in the refrigerator where it will gradually get thicker.
