250 g crushed white cheese
200 g plain yoghurt
2 eggs
2 ½ cups plain flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
Vegetable oil


Mix the yoghurt and baking soda in a big bowl to rise. Add the eggs, white cheese and flour. Stir well to make a smooth mixture. When it gets thick enough, put it on a floured kitchen plot to knead soft dough. Roll out the dough and use a cup or glass to cut it into circles. The fiddles should be 3-4 mm thick. Fry them in hot oil. They should be golden brown from both sides. Voila!
